A Natural & Simple Approach to Use of Ingredients

We offer an eclectic selection of European and American Cookies, Tarts, Viennoiserie (croissants etc.) made in a shared kitchen in Gaithersburg Maryland.

We strive to use natural ingredients where possible, we use unconditionally unbleached and un-bromated flour, and our croissants and Vienoisserie are made with 82% Euro-style Butter made by Beaver Meadow Creamery from Dubois, Pennsylvania.  Enjoy!!

Potomac Sweets has a wide variety of pastries, but not all items are available for sale at the markets.  If you see something you like from our pastry menu, you can call or email us ahead of time, by 5:00pm on Wednesdays, and we will have your order ready for pick up by the weekend at one of our markets.
